By accessing or purchasing from Dartee Golf (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and ambassadors.

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Orders ship within 24 hours from Charleston, SC. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a refund. A $10 return fee applies to cover shipping and processing costs. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging and tags. To start a return, email us with your order number. Belt is replaced for life under our separate Warranty Policy.

By applying to and participating in the Dartee Golf Ambassador Program, you agree to additional terms specific to that program. Ambassadors receive discount codes, referral incentives, and exclusive access subject to program rules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ambassador account for violations, inactivity, or at our discretion.

All content on this site — including logos, designs, images, text, and product names — is the property of Dartee Golf and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission. User-generated content (UGC) submitted to us may be featured on our platforms; by submitting UGC, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dartee Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
